Places a new line element in the design file. The line will be drawn from x1,y1 to x1, y2. If these coordinates are not specified, the coordinates of the original element origin will be used.

If the coordinates are not specified while doing a spatial analysis script, the x1,y1 coordinates will be set using the origin of the calling element and the x2,y2 coordinates will be set using the origin of the spatial element.
